The ON food concept is a visionary mix of traditional Chinese cuisine mixed with many international influences that also can be found in modern Chinese cities. Its roots definitely can be found in Wenzhou, the „mild city“ at the Southchinese seaside, an area dominated by fish, seafood and vegetables. We combine these dishes with fresh Austrian products. Tuna tartar meets pumpkin seed oil. Sea bass meets Sauerkraut. Chicken meets chanterelle. Beuschel meets Wok. Duck, mutton and deer are accompanied by top wines from Wachau, Kamptal, Styria and Burgenland. A la Carte, Falstaff, Gault Millau and Tafelspitz also seem to like our cuisine – regular awards prove it.
